'The Getaway Waterloo 1815'

This 120mm scale vignette depicts an incident during the battle of Waterloo when sergeant Ewart of the Scots Greys captured the Imperial Eagle of the 45th Line Regiment. Making his way back to the british lines he was intercepted by a French Line Lancer. Ewart killed the Lancer and returned with his trophy. The actual Eagle is now housed in Edinburgh Castle.The kit contains parts to enable the modeller to represent a trooper of the Greys instead of a sergeant.
